Safety and security are top priorities at MyStorage. Our warehouse is guarded 24 hours a day and equipped with cameras, motion sensors, night vision and alarm systems. We don't let anything get out of control.

We calculate warehouse rental prices based on volume (cubic meters). The larger the storage, the more significantly the price per cubic meter drops. You can use a space calculator / size guide or measure your furniture yourself (height x length x width in cm). If you need assistance, just send us a photo and we'll give you an estimate.

Storage costs at MyStorage start from 399,000 VND / month (excluding VAT). The final price depends on many factors: whether the warehouse is air-conditioned or not, private self-storage or shared shelves in the warehouse, storage time, etc. Please see our pricing page or contact MyStorage for a bespoke quote.

MyStorage offers a free basic protection package along with extended insurance packages depending on your needs — Silver, Gold and Platinum — with insurance levels of VND 25,000,000, VND 50,000,000 and VND 100,000,000 respectively.

You can easily order online storage services right on the website. Or you can call us or send an e-mail to hello@mystorage.vn. After receiving the order, we will come to pick up the furniture and bring it to MyStorage's clean, safe and air-conditioned warehouse. We also offer free plastic storage bins and can deliver them to you up to a week before you start storing them at the warehouse.

If you want to get your item back, just call, send an e-mail or message us via Zalo or Facebook. We will quickly deliver the goods to your address. You can also schedule deliveries yourself through the customer portal.

You can come to the warehouse at any time, and the MyStorage team will assist you in getting each item. Access to the general storage area is only permitted when accompanied by our trusted staff. However, if you rent private self-storage, you are free to come in and out 24/7 with your own key.

These are private warehouses that only customers have access to, you keep the key yourself and actively enter and exit. Shared warehouse shelves are suitable for customers who do not need to pick up items frequently. Guest belongings are stacked on allocated shelves in MyStorage's secure storage, where only our trusted employees have access. Shared shelving is significantly cheaper because you only pay for the actual cubic meters you are storing, instead of paying for a separate warehouse no matter how many items you keep in it. We are happy to return each item upon your request. Please make sure you label your items carefully so we can identify the correct item to return when you need it. Shipping costs for retail returns are charged at 250,000 VND/time.
